1. Huge huge room! Had two beds plus a sofa sleeper but much bigger than the standard room (you could fit another blow up mattress on the floor and still have room). I know not all of the rooms were the same size, but ours was a great surprise for our family of 6. 2. Microwave plus near-full size fridge and freezer was amazing! 3. Amazing breakfast! Staff kept it replenished and there was always a good variety. 4. Fitness room was great, and the laundry room was as well. 5. 3. Pool area is clean, but small. You wouldn’t book here if the pool is a big deal for you. My kids were just happy to swim in the sun so it was fine for us!

Room was extra spacious for one person, and the kitchenette was extremely useful for the few days I was there. Bed was nice and living area was a unique touch that included a privacy curtain. Breakfast was also extrememly.good with a variety of items to choose from. Staff also went above and beyond for me when I checked in. I had an issue with the first room I was put in, but Keisha was more than helpful and kind enough to switch my room for me. She was amazing!

Very handy to Busch Gardens if that’s the purpose of your visit. Seemed brand new, very clean, very large room with heaps of helpful things (desk, proper kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery etc). Very decent breakfast for the cost of the hotel. Lots of thoughtful items not experienced at other hotels in Florida e.g. newspaper, board games

The rooms were upheld to a standard level of cleanliness. I did enjoy the close proximity to Busch Gardens. My spouse enjoyed the waffles from the continental breakfast. We only interacted with staff upon check in and check out, they were overall nice.
